All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement or required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect services already purchased.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tennessee.
